Super seed sheets just out the oven – absolutely adore these! This week, I’ve lots of travel coming up whilst I work on Bird Kitchen Clothing Company and I’ve whistled up a bonus batch to sustain me on the road. This time, I added chipotle chili flakes, lots of pepper & a handful of finely chopped raisins – totally satisfying & packed with nutrition!
150g linseed (& chia if you fancy)
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
Good pinch of salt
150g toasted sunflower seeds
50g toasted pumpkin seeds
20g finely chopped raisins
Good pinch chipotle chili flakes
Lots of freshly ground black pepper
450g hot water.
Combine, dry thoroughly and add hot water. Leave to soak about 20 minutes. Distribute thinly between 2-3 large lined oven trays. Bake at 180c for around 20mins until it begins to crisp. May take another 10 mins or even more – just keep an eye. Enjoy!
